A.R. Moss is a locally owned and operated design studio in Northeast Portland specializing in floral design and event embellishment. Owner and floral designer, Anita Tabayoyon, has over 10 year of design experience and her chief consultant, Roxanne Brady has over 15 years in interior design.

Coupled together, this dynamic team creates one-of-a-kind special events, paying specific attention to the smallest of details. Specialties include: event decorations, fresh flower designs, silk and everlasting designs, event embellishments, including event coordinated favors and gifts, stationary, and invitations.
